MosShoes-2022. Statistics on visitors.

We want to present the analysis of the data obtained during a survey of about 5,000 of our visitors regarding their interest in attending MosShoes exhibition, which will be held from February 28 to March 3, 2022 in Gostiny Dvor. The survey showed that specialists from all districts of the Russian Federation and CIS countries plan to visit the exhibition of footwear, bags, leather accessories and components MosShoes. Representatives of companies from Moscow and the Moscow region form 39.8% of respondents, from the Central District – about 10%. Representatives of other districts of the Russian Federation form more than 55% of the total number of potential visitors. According to the survey, the number of visitors among regional companies will grow by 8-10% in 2022. According to the received information, the main share of MosShoes visitors is made up of company directors – more than 60%. At the exhibition, experts have the opportunity to see the present goods and negotiate with representatives of leading local and foreign manufacturers of footwear and accessories, make pre-orders at attractive prices. Most of the survey participants noted MosShoes exhibition as the most representative footwear exhibition. The main share of potential visitors traditionally consists of the representatives from retail and wholesale trade. With each exhibition, we notice the growth of visitors among companies engaged in Internet trading. According to the present survey, the number of E-commerce companies will be about 14.4% at spring exhibition of 2022. We want to note that there is a tendency of increased interest in the exhibition from the visitors of clothing retail, the share of which will be more than 15% at the upcoming exhibition in spring of 2022. Our survey also covered the managers and employees of manufacturing companies.  A large number of respondents are familiar with the exposition “Leather and Components” at MosShoes exhibition. Manufacturers are actively showing interest in the upcoming exhibition in spring of 2022. Based on the received information we can draw the following conclusions:
  • MosShoes is well known and regularly visited by representatives of trade organizations.
  • Retailers make up the largest share of visitors.
  • The number of e-commerce representatives is increasing.
  • The growth of representatives of clothing retail among visitors of the exhibition.
  • Manufacturers of footwear and accessories are actively interested in leather, material and components.
  • MosShoes visitors represent all districts of the Russian Federation.
  • The main visitors are managers and owners of the companies
